The Framework

Articulate a unique and compelling position with our three-step framework. In a series of workshops, we'll work with you to develop a differentiated brand narrative and positioning strategy. Ultimately, we deliver the most robust, yet easy to understand message architecture in the industry.
Phase 1:
Research and Interviews
A combination of research and interviews helps us get to know your company and market through multiple different lenses. We examine what we call The Six Cs of Positioning: Core, Community, Competition, Category, Context, and Criteria.
Phase 2:
Workshop
Through a series of three workshops, we’ll guide you to alignment on your north star, position, and brand voice. You'll walk away with a game changing purpose statement, positioning strategy, brand expression, and message architecture.
Phase 3:
Write and Iterate
Once everyone is aligned on your brand position, our team will complete the message architecture and brand narrative. We don't limit iterations, rather we work with you until you're happy with the final deliverable.
