Ekram Ahmed

Ekram’s career has spanned strategic and product marketing work at both early stage and multi-billion-dollar public companies. His background includes expertise in developing marketing strategy and understanding customer behavior. During his two years at Cunningham Collective, he has contributed to projects with an emphasis on positioning, brand strategy and go-to-market planning for a wide range of clients including Blackberry, California Dental Association, Addepar, Avaya and Hampton Creek.
   
Prior to Cunningham Collective, Ekram worked as a research lead at Jason Calacanis’s LAUNCH ticker where he actively covered the latest trends and insights in startups, technology and venture capital. Ekram has a background and passion in healthcare. He led diabetes and metabolism research with Dr. Kaveh Ashrafi at UCSF for two years. Ekram holds a degree in Biological Sciences from UC Davis.
